Outdoor Recreation and Sports

There are several outdoor activities that one can pursue in the New England area. In excess of regular sports, one can also indulge in adventure sports such as sailing, rowing, schulling, in-line skating ("rollerblading"), skiing, camping, etc...to name a few. Runners can join the Boston marathon, held early in spring. Harvard University has a lot of sports facilities available for their staff and students. There are also many fitness centers in the Boston area.
