• Development of the Guideline Interchange Format, a representation for computer-interpretable guidelines
• Developing a model and representation for guidelines that can be adapted to local contexts (description coming soon)
• Creating an HL7 standard for an object-oriented expression and query language for use within rules and guidelines
• Molecular identification by matching flow-cytometry histograms using Shannon's information theory
• Building a distributed web-based repository of deidentified tumor pathology data to support biomedical research for Shared Pathology Information Network (SPIN) project
• Taxonomy representation for bioengineering education curricula for the VaNTH project
